Technicians
(IEI Students) activities are mainly organised through Technicians'
Chapters. Various Chapters have been organising various activities
like Lecture Meetings, Seminars, Paper Meetings, Refreshers courses,
Film Shows, Visits to Engineering Projects, Construction Sites
etc
Such
Chapters function under guidance and control of respective Centres.
The activities (administrative part) of Chapters are managed
by a committee of 12 members comprising of Chairman, Honorary
Secretary and 10(ten) member elected from Technician and Sr.
Technician members attached to the Centre. The term of Committee
is for one session. The Financial part is taken care by the
Centres.
State Centre Technicians Committee (nominated by Committee of
MSC) - comprising of Chairman-sub-committee, Convenor &
four Corporate Members - mainly acts as a link between MSC,
Local Centres and Technician's Chapters.
